Just knocked out the 28 minute run.

I was 327 pounds 14 weeks ago. I am now down to 281! I just finished the 28 minute run on the road with slight elevation changes and had a 13:14 mile pace! I did 2.59 with the running and walking in 38 minutes. I was an offensive lineman and have always hated jogging. I am so proud of myself, I have not failed a run yet and I do not intend to. I have my first 5k next Sunday. Thanks for everyone's support

So you guys take no prisoners as I recall. Mr JCR used to play and was a tight end so if I have it right you protect the QB? Guard, tackle or center? And that explains not liking the jogging.

Well done you on the loss (weight) and the gain (running for 28minutes). Keep going for the graduation badge

Yes o played Center and guard, I protected the QB and made holes for the RB. I have 41 pounds to go to reach my 240 goal. I can't believe I'm running the way I am!
