You're doing fine - no reason to be nervous. I'm redoing the program and I'm finding usually at least one of the runs each week feels harder than the rest. It's so many different variables - weather, how much sleep we got, what we ate, how fast we are going, etc. Happy running - you've got this.

Psyching up is a good thing, but don't worry too much, each run preps you for the next, as does each week. Enjoy the new route, looking at a new place often gives a new impetus and stops you clock watching... have a good run

No need to fear... just follow the programme, take that new route and steadily, enjoy it :)

Run completed... showered as it was a bit rough but i enjoyed the new route and although i could move on to the next week, i might repeat this one more time on monday just to keep practising... no sense in moving to next week if i would just be doing myself an injury!Feel good that i completed it though 😁
