that's that one in the bag, a late run tonight and thought it was going to be a wet one but when I got to the trail the rain had stopped and it was quite a nice temp to be running in.
Splits 7.11 tonight and felt good and strong and could have gone on but came home for supper
Two days off now and week 9 I'm coming to get you!
