More advice

Thank you again all for you support I'm on wk 4 just done run 2 , I'm following the program 3 times a week Monday Wednesday and Friday but I am staying on treadmill for another half hour walking at a good pace and also Tuesday and Thursday doing a hour just walking again at a good pace and have Saturday and Sunday off is this too much or helping ? Determined to succeed!!!
