Just completed my 3rd run on week 2 and I'm completely knackered but yeye I did it ! At the moment I can't imagine running for more than 90 seconds, so as I'm so whacked is it best do WK2 again or just RUN with it and try WK3 ??

You slow down..then slow down some more and them move on :)

Just take your rest day, then when you head out again, start really slowly and carry on...move slowly and steadily, relaxing into each run! You can do this.. each run makes you stronger!

You will never know if you don't try.

Running is 90% in the head. Believe in yourself. You are amazing, and if you take it slow, you will do it.

I didn't think I could do week 3 either, but I found it to be almost easier than week 2! Give it a try, what do you have to lose?

If I can do it you certainly can...just done wk4 run 1 and was convinced wouldn't manage it bit I live to tell the tale!! Not sure what the legs will feel like tomorrow mind 🀣😊

Just go out & try it, what have you to lose! The program builds you up to this & as peggymc says it might turn out to be easier.

Good luck & let us know how you get on πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Just go for it. Slowly does it.

Go with your instincts. Ive repeated runs when i felt as I wasn't ready to move to the next week. I'm now running the 5 minute runs with walking breaks and I can't imagine ever running 20 mins - but I'm trusting the programme. When I started I literally couldnt run a minute!

I was worried about week 3 when I completely week 2 but honestly just go into the first 90 sec run as long as you can, don't think about the time , focusing on the music I was listening to was great for me because I forgot I was running and suddenly it was time to walk! You'll be fine πŸ™‚

At the moment you don't have to.

I've just finished working out and am so knackered I can't raise my arms above chest level and can't imagine how I am going to go and tuck the kids in.

When it comes to my next workout however, i will have rested and recovered and be ready to do it all over again, a little bit more.

One step at a time, one rep at a time.

You did it.

Move on to the next week, if it's really horrid, go back. But go on, you know you can!

Thanks for all your support, woke up this morning feeling great and to be honest even though it is a rest day I could go for a run 😬 Amazing what a couple of glasses of wine and a goods nights kip can do! Bring on WK3
