I believe in insentives for my running as I am not a natural runner and want to achieve something at the end of it.

My aim is to be able to do a local Park Run without stopping! I've always felt a bit unfit despite dog walks every day. When you get to your forties you really need to work to be fit!

Just started the first runs of the first week and I love listening to music while I exercise. My dogs are getting fitter too as they join me for every run!

Good luck everyone!! X

That's why I started, was walking the dog twice a day but I think I'd just got use to it. You'll be amazed the difference it makes. Good luck 👍

Welcome.... follow the programme, take your rest days... and don't let your dogs make you go too fast :)

Just take it steady and slow and you will get to your goal of running for those 30 minutes and doing that park run!
