I've been jogging 3km for about 5 weeks after working on c25k since January. Just had 3 weeks off due to time away in Zambia (it wasn't safe to jog alone during my stay) and then a bout of food poinsiong when I retuned home (the irony!!!) but got out last night assuming I'd just do 2km due to the break but I felt amazing and did just over 30 minutes and 4km!

I've not managed that since my injury 2 years ago. So so so pleased! I know it very slow but really does it matter?! I mean... Does it matter??? I was quite happy with that speed.

I currently only know my stats and distance when I jog with the bf as he has a garmin gps tracker thing. I only have a fit bit so don't know my steps. I've been looking at a garmin vivofit... What do other people have? My bfs is great but huge and not some thing I could wear with my smart dresses at work. I really want some, thing I can wear as a watch all the time... I'd appreciate some advice please 😃

I was going to get the vivo active ,in fact I have posted and thanked the person who advised to get the Garmin 230 . I'm highly delighted with the Garmin but small it isn't which suits me . I wear it all the time I love it . It feels lovely on my wrist and I'd wear it but it's up to personal taste . I got the purple one but black would look smart with your work clothes . It's a great watch
