W1D2?

This was technically my second day running but I did day 1 again as I'm doing it with my mum and sister and my sister wasn't there the first run. I only made it halfway as I have a bruise on my foot and it started hurting, my mum got a stitch and my sister threw up 😓 we're a very unhealthy family obviously

Wow, that's an eventful first run! Well done to the three of you for supporting each other into making a positive change.

Trying to do this with others can create problems, as you know, but you can also mutually support one another, so well done all three on getting out there.

Each session makes you stronger, so keep repeating until you all finish then move on. This programme can completely change your lives, so stick with it and you will soon see great improvements.

This early stage is just a slow build up... there is no such thing as too slow! Well done!
