Well I got up early and did it thighs were sore but after 10 minutes eased off . Feel really good , which as surprised me . 😊

Doing a steady jog , think my legs will need 2 days recovery after 3rd run on Thursday. Trying to stick to sun , tue, thur . Thanks for advice.πŸ™‚
