W3 R1 πŸ‘Š

I honestly cannot believe that I have just managed to run for 3 minutes, let alone twice!! I was anxious about managing 2 minutes but to go straight to 3 minutes from 90 seconds has amazed me. Not only that, I felt strong and could have managed another 90 seconds to warm down but I decided to be sensible and follow the program.

Now I'm not getting over confident as I appreciate every run is different. Now it's holiday time πŸ˜œπŸ‘πŸ˜Žβ˜€οΈ

Good to hear! Am just about to start week 3 and am nervous about the 3 minutes of running but will do my best. I repeated week 2 due to missing a week when on holiday and was amazed to find I could still do it! Wish me luck...

Well done, I'm at the same stage - planning to run wk3 day 2 tomorrow . It's a great feeling to move into another week


The 3 minute run for me and i suspect a lot of others was a real milestone of achievement it felt like a proper run. Well done you on getting it done
