Since last writing I've done week 1 run 2 and runs 1 and 2 of week 2 and I'm still going which is good 😊 quite enjoyed w2r1 not too sure on the 2nd one but more to do with messing around with music on phone and not concentrating for the first bit. Not had any aches since first run so the stretching and yoga in between seems to be working. Got some proper legging and sports bra (sorry no pics nothing special just good old Tesco stuff) so more confident now. Dreading week 3 so will see what Friday brings for that!

Don't dread...just go for the run...knowing you can do this... trust the programme and yourself....

We've had some nice pics of good old Tesco stuff... go on share them you know you want to! Glad you're getting some runs under your belt, the techy stuff can be a bit of a pain at times - it can be very distracting. Good luck next time out
