No, not me (I hope!)... Week 2, run 1 done. That extra 30secs is tough, made more so by the local farmer muck-spreading all the fields near us! Deep breath? Hold breath, more like!!

I bow down to your amazing lung and breath control, having to cope with that in Week 2, amazing

Knowing that you come to this as a former sprinter, if breathing is a problem on days when muck spreading is not going on, just slow down a bit.

If it's the same foul stench we experienced here a few weeks ago it is absolutely vile. I struggled to breathe as well as it kept catching in my throat. I think it's the stuff they use as they can't burn off the stubble after harvest. I am now avoiding my field based route as another field has been cut.

I wish they would cut ours.. I am having to do a detour as the footpath has disappeared.. it is a tad reminiscent of the Amazon jungle!

Very well done.. this made me smile!

Keep it slow and steady as you go.. and hopefully, those countryside smells got you moving with a spring in your step! :)
