I've just completed W1R3 and feeling happy I've done it but also apprehensive about what's ahead - I've struggled this week! Looking forward to some progress though. I love reading what everyone is doing - it's very encouraging.

No need to be apprehensive. You might have struggled but you did it. Each week looks hard and each week will be a challenge. But if you have done all the runs before then you are ready to step up to the next. Enjoy week 2.

Good to hear - many thanks! Looking forward to getting on.

You will be fine we promise. Each week sets you up for the next and you have done one of the hardest. Kicking the couch and actually getting out takes grit and determination. Don't be apprehensive be anticipatory and watch how you progress...

5 months ago I had just done run one and was hobbling like an old woman. I couldn't see how on earth I would run for 3 minutes let alone 30. Today I have just come back from a 6k run! Trust the programme, take each run slow and steady and you will achieve great things.

Thanks so much! I'm feeling great about this now. You're all a great support. It's good to feel like I'm not on my own. 😄

The hardest part is getting off the 'couch' ready to do this and not only have you done that part but you've already completed week 1 so you're on your way which is brilliant. Massive well done for that. As Jan and SCB have said, each week will seem challenging but it really is a slow build up. And if you don't complete one of the runs, it's no biggie. You just take yourself back to what is comfortable and give it another go. Simples.

Good luck with week 2 and let us know how you get on :)
