Slowely and strongly coming back to normal routine after a break of 15 days of recover o

From injury caused by ankle twist during the long run on 20 july ...it was really very pain full ...more pain full was the felling of not able to run ...

Today did

4 km cycling

7 km run which included ;-

1. Run

10 squat

20 lunges

1 km run

10 pushups

30 sec planks

1 km run

Stair climb

5 wide Squats

5 normal squats

5 close Squats

1 km run

10 frog jump

10 duck walks

3 km run.

Cool down.

Full body streching

Followed by delicious Poha

4 km Cycle back to home

A wonderful time
