Today did
4 km cycling
7 km run which included ;-
1. Run
10 squat
20 lunges
1 km run
10 pushups
30 sec planks
1 km run
Stair climb
5 wide Squats
5 normal squats
5 close Squats
1 km run
10 frog jump
10 duck walks
3 km run.
Cool down.
Full body streching
Followed by delicious Poha
4 km Cycle back to home
