W8R3 first parkrun

Well I wasn't first but I just finished my first ever parkrun. 5.22km in 35 mins, a little bit more than I should have done for this week but I'm happy with that. Now approaching graduation week in good spirits.

Thank you, Unfortunately I'm working the next 2 weekends although I may just hold off on official graduation until the weekend after.

On a happier note I noticed my official time was 34.01 for 5.22km so I think I might make sub 30 for 5k by then.....that's the next target anyway

I'm a little confused. How is the official time for 5.22k, is your Parkrun measured longer than others?
