Ran three miles this evening for the first time. I saw it on my Strava screen but then managed to lose the activity. Oh well, I still did it. Feels great.

We believe you; thousands wouldn't.

Well done. Did you get a time?

I didn't, but but I was averaging around 12 minutes 50 per mile, which I'm happy with

that passing the 5k is a great feeling, it's for you, not for the masses :D It's about you not them and if you are the best you then there's nothing they can do about it.

It's all you baby!

I like that; be the best you that you can be. Applies to all walks of life too 👍

That's brilliant tech can be a ruddy nuisance at times can't it? But well done you and let's hope Strava catches up next time out!
