Chuffed to buckets I bet. 4 runs done that's a pretty good start and being chuffed at this stage is great. Hope you enjoy rest of week 2 and keep staying chuffed

Hey Oldfloss swears that being slow is best of all to make good progress. And as she is a bona fide mentor for this forum, you are in very good company. Aiming for speed messes with your head whereas slow and steady builds up the stamina and the Kms.

So be proud and loud every run you make
