Week 5 run 3 update

Woke up at 05:30 and just decided to go for it.

5 mins - Felt fresh as a daisy

10 mins - Felt good

15 mins - Starting to get tired

20 mins - Dead on my feet

But I completed the run and have to confess to thumping the air when Laura said it was time to slow down much to the bemusement of a well dressed businessman scurrying towards the station and his morning commute.

#Boom! (I'm actually to old to say Boom, but right now I don't care).

On to week 6........

Well done you...I did a similar thing at this stage and nearly scared an old lady half to death!

Very well done you! Keep it slow and steady as you head into Week 6! Wow, look how far you have come, you runner you!

You're never too old to say boom after a run like that.

I did the Tim Henman punch a couple of runs back - I was so embarrassed even though no one saw it..... Boom well done you, think and look like Lennox Lewis and no one will mess with you anymore! Brilliant post really made me smile.
