Lunch Run

2.6mi, 32:54, 12:39/mi

Elevation 197ft

Calories 517

Shoes: ASICS ASICS Gel-Cumulus 19 Cumulus (29.0 mi)

1st mi 10:19 pace

2nd mi 12:57 pace

3rd mi (.6 mi) 16:05 pace

Pushing that 1st mile pace made me need to stop short of 3 miles, (5K). Heat index was 95° F (35° C) and I didn't get any help from clouds. Old ma can't handle too much heat. Plus, I was on an empty stomach, running late and had fasted two days ago. Three days ago, I did 5 miles at an easy pace, hills notwithstanding. Slow as she goes.

Three PBs today

Best estimated 2 mile effort (23:19)

Best estimated 1 mile effort (10:19)

Best estimated 400m effort (2:02)
