Haven't posted for a wee while! so thought I'd check in and tell you about my latest run I did this morning. So went a different way and a bit further. I ran from my village Llangrove to next village Llangarron. It was a wet one but very enjoyable. There were a few inclines and hills to get through.However my plan was to achieve 7k and that is what I did although I had to power walk 2 big hills. Now then I haven't been able to master transferring my garmin map to my post so here is a picture of my garmin with the results!😄😄
Thank you Oldfloss. I don't now what happened but I really had a great run,the best one yet. So that will be my long run for this week and will do another 5k Friday or Sat. I have visited that run before but not for a year so today was brill! 😄😄
That sounds amazing....! I am good thanks.. just three run/walks in after climbing off the IC...but getting back on track... following the Physio's schedule and being... ( gulp, gulp) sensible!!!

Well done you! Is that a Garmin Forerunner 25? I have the same although in a different colour, lovely trusty little watch, I love mine Hurray for rainy runs.
