Just done run2 week5 really didn't think I would manage it but I did even with music giving up in the second 8 mins, just amazed that I've come this far thought I could, unfortunately just looked at the third run. , blimey!

Oh, don't sweat it. If you can do the 8 minutes you can do the 20, no problem. I constantly amazed myself throughout the C25K - it's mind over matter. From this point you'll begin to realise what you are really capable of 😉

Wow well done for getting so far, wow 20 mins running that's a lot, I'm only on day 2 so early days for me- but this programme does work and has been calculated correctly to make sure we can do this 👊💪
Thanks the time from week 1 to now has gone so quickly, faster than my running! It does seem a big jump to 20mins but the programme says go so it must be do able, looking at the posts this am the one that stuck in my mind was the can do it remarks so will dig deep to do 20 mins!good luck your be surprised how quickly you improve

Ooh you peeked Oldfloss says never peek as it can be a bit off putting. But if I did it then you can and you will. Well done especially without the music - that really puts me off my stride. Keep going - watching your progress run by Run. That sounds like scary stalking - mmm just meant it to be an encouragement ....
