👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼That's not what I'd call limbo land!! That's amazing.

I'm refusing to take on any new challenges, faster, further etc until I complete my 5k road race next Sunday. If you can wait till then, we can figure this out together, still haven't searched you up on Strava, sorry.

Congrats again on a super long run🥇🏃🏼‍♀️👏🏼👍🏼🌟

Ok, that was easier than I thought it would be, I'm following you😀. Where were you whale watching? We can do it here but I will confess the only time we do is when people come to visit from Europe and want to go out on a boat trip! It's like anything, f it's on your doorstep, you don't always appreciate it. I would give anything to walk around a big open park space like you have there. Here, I think I prefer the icebergs to the whales...far less fickle and there's an app to tell you where the biggest ones are. On a couple of occasions we managed to see both on same trip and that was awesome.

Anyway, back to running, I need to stretch properly today, I'm getting very slack about it and am starting to feel the tightness. Congrats again on long run.

Hi Lindsay

We went to Vancouver Island. Went twice once at Tofino and once at Campbell River. Saw none in Tofino. Where about do you live?

The other side..Newfoundland. Loads of humpbacks, minke, orca and sperm whales here. We can often see them from the coast, no need for boats😀Apparently there are 22 types in all but I am no expert.

Lucky you. I love Canada but only been to the west coast. Watching the BBC programme on Alaska and that is now top of my holiday list. Big fan of bears!

Black bears here on the island, not actively aggressive like the grizzlies out west, but like any animal, get between mother and cub or meet them early in year when they just woke up and are hungry....look out. Only one close encounter ( less than 8 feet away) in 17 years. Unfortunately, they don't lend themselves to tourism very well, bit like whales, you can go looking for them and not see any, even if they are actually very close. Lived here several years before I ever saw one!!
