The thing that has surprised me during doing C25k is that you can't predict when you are going to have a good run. I went out yesterday feeling a little hung over and ever so slightly queasy. I was at the end of of a 24 fast and it was really warm. Said to hubs before I set off that if there was going to be a run I couldn't complete this would be it. Totally smashed it! Had a great, easy run and ran faster on the way back than on the way there and ran further than before. Other times I go out raring to go and hate the whole thing and am rubbish. Its worth it though for the glimpses at the ease that was yesterday. Perhaps gin is the answer 😂

Predicting a good run.
Oh blimey a gin hangover helping me run, don't tempt me.... sometimes they're good runs and other times not. You never can tell can you until you're doing them....
Oh my... gin, the panacea for all ills.. ? Not sure, but you had a great run!
Please, though never, ever say you are rubbish.. you are not... you are doing something for you, because as the advert says.. "You're worth it"... you are your finest attribute!
Go you!
There seems to have been a lot of gin drinking this weekend (me too🍸).
After 8 great runs on c25k week 3 run 3 was terrible. No idea why. So hard so difficult. I guess it's something that may happen occasionally. Did the next run this morning after little sleep and wine last night and surprisingly it was amazing. You never can tell.
