Today, I decided to run out of my 3 mile routine. I did 5 miles. Easy pace and lot's of hill. Felt great! Strangely, I wasn't wasted for the rest of the day. Of course, afterward, I drove what I ran and wow, unbelievable to me. Already my mind was looking toward a 7 mile route. hehehe, in several months, I may be posting that here. :-)

Well done. :) 5 miles is a lovely distance run. It'sounds my favorite 'easy' run. Really does make you 5mile!
