Maybe you need to have a break try taking a weeks rest and you will come back refreshed I know I did.

If you're running every other day, it might be that you are due a recovery week. I found I needed one last winter when I got to about Week 7 or 8. Maybe go for a swim, or a bike ride, or even just a couple of nice walks.
The plan I am currently doing to take me to 10K has recovery weeks every fifth week.

Take some time out...be kind to yourself. Every other day could be a bit too much at the mo' ...vary your routes and your distances too maybe.. and as the others say. maybe a spot of recovery time with other exercise instead?
