Strangly my 2nd week 4 run seemed tough . So much better today though .

Well done you feeling the improvement and loving the programme is such a neat summary of what you're doing. Am just a touch ahead on Week 5 - everyone says Week 4 is make or break Week, so you just made one heck of a finish. Good luck next time out

Keep it slow and steady... are you doing some Stamina exercises at all, on your rest days..? The Strength and Flex exercises are useful...:)
