Just completed our 2nd run of Week 4 in the rain. There was I thinking it was summer! 💦 Mondays run was very wet but we did it, today was wet and drizzly and we still did it! Keeping my fingers crossed for a dry summer run on Friday!
I've surprised myself that I managed the leap from Week 3 to Week 4 fairly easily and felt wonderful when the lovely Jo announced I'd ran for 16minutes in total!
Just got to keep going now!

Yes you have to, but of course you will do it, and believe it or not rain helps, well not the horizontal winters cold kind. But you know what I mean - good luck next time out
