Well after my 5k race for life Sunday and a rest day yesterday I was back in plan today , week 7 run 3 , 25 mins of running and I have to say my legs felt a little tired after just 5 mins . I completed the run but I now realised how much Sunday took out of me. Onwards to week 8 thou and only 2 weeks left of the plan .

Brilliant that you only have 2 weeks of the plan left and then you are in glorious graduate land... well done on doing the race for life, because that was a big commitment.

Well done for getting back on course and well done again on your 5k race for life run. Your on the down hill section now to the finish line. 3 x 28 min runs and 3 x 30 min runs. Just 6 to go and it will be no problem to you.

If you feel at any time that an extra rest day is needed that is absolutely fine. Some gentle exercises to ease those aches and pains, and rest up
Then, when you head out, take it slow and steady and cruise your way gently and lightly towards the podium, where we all will be waiting!
