Graduated - how did I do it????

Well this week I graduated !!!?? This is crazy, I am 53, unfit and never been remotely interested in running! When I was at school, my PE teacher wrote 'tries hard but lacks any ability!!!!' Well , 40 years later I have proved that if you are shown the right way, you can succeed!!!! This morning I am running my first park run, nervous.yes, but determined to show that PE teacher that this 'girl' does have ability!!!!! So for any doubters out there , if I can do this anyone can - just be determined, listen to the App and best of all 'enjoy' the journey!!!!!!
