That's a brilliant weight loss, so well done to you. And a huge pat on the back for getting to week 7. You're so nearly there you can taste it! Keep going as it'll be worth it for the feeling of epicness when you've graduated.
If you've no energy then maybe take an extra day's rest, make sure you're drinking loads of water and then keep going. You can do this. You've done the hardest bits and you have to go on. We're there at the finish line to cheer you over 🙂
