Well done..nine weeks, slow and steady should see you running for thirty minutes comfortably and injury free.
Rest days between runs are essential, and exercise on your rest days builds strength and stamina...!
Go for it
How long have you got until your test.? Any change you make is going to be positive but really in this instance more is not better. Take it nice and steady and your body and your fitness test will thank you for it. Try and do too much in a short space of time it will be counter productive. Good luck.
How long before your work fitness test? What does the test involve? Let the forum folks know and you'll get really good advice here.
Very well done on getting out there, you'll get all the support and help you'll need from all of the lovely folks on the forum. So many have started where you have and moved on bit by bit, through the programme.
You need to train to pass the test. C2PossiblyMaybePerhaps5k is not going to do that for you if, say, you have to do 20 pushups and 10 pull ups in a minute.
What will you be asked to do,how long til you have to do it, and how long will you have on the day?
Also what is your current fitness level? Are there elements of the test your are confident about and elements you are less confident about?
It's level 6.3 on a 15m bleep test
Sounds to me that you need to train specifically for your fitness test and come back to C25K afterwards. There are training apps for beep test training on the web. If necessary, depending upon how fit you are and given that it's for work, consider having a personal trainer - ask at your local sports centre.
