A week since run 2 due to non running injury. 20 minutes in I felt fine. Last 10 were harder and very glad to hear those words only 60 seconds left. But no problems with the hip.
Now I have to decide what to do next. No interest in running more than 5k and no idea how far I ran today as I decided to go out without phone. Park run next week for certain.
Parkrun is great. A bit of consolidation around 30 mins/5k is a good idea. Take the pressure off for a few weeks and run for fun. Try some new running venues....... the world is your running track.
