Well done! I was where you are just 9 short weeks ago (after a failed first attempt due to injury) I had very little faith I could really do it as a fifty something who had never run before. The programme is superb, just when you think you can't, you will find you can and this tremendous forum is always here to cheer you on! Good luck on your journey x
