Hello everyone, I feel like I haven't posted in ages!
Tonight I will attempt the second run of this week after I almost failing the first one. I got too confident and set off way too fast (wanted to challenge myself) and ended up paying for it in the last 10 minutes which were absolute hell.
I also discovered that running to 'Message in a bottle' by The Police is a terrible idea! It never ends!!!
Today I am going back to my regular pace and IF(only if) I can I will try to speed up towards the end of the run.
Slow and steady is definitely the way to go!
