Been away for a little after getting to Week 9, and then had to stop after breaking some ribs playing football.

Im gonna do Week 1 Run 1 tonight, and see how that goes....hopefully can jump forward a week or so.
Try doing one run from each week until you get to a point where you feel stretched, then start again from there ( so 1st run week 1; 2nd run week 2 etc til you get to week 5 then do each of the runs from weeks 5 & 6). Let us know how you get on!
