Can't believe I did it

Yesterday I graduated the Couch to 5k, yayy me . I really find the first ten minutes hard and then the rest appears easier. I'm nowhere near 5k but this is about stamina and longevity. I feel I run like a snail and am at 13.80 per km.

This though is all down to one of my best friends Rachael xx

congratulations! It doesn't matter how fast you go or how far you've done it. :)

Yay you! Brilliant! I agree, the first 10 mins is like running through treacle then you find your pace and the breathing settles. Slow and steady all the way.....from a fellow slowcoach 🐢🐢🐢

Congratulations. I hope to Graduate next week. I too find the first 5 to 10 mins the hardest then I find my rhythm and relax into the run. Hope you have celebrated your graduation in some way.
