Loved my run tonight even though it was in the rain. 7 weeks ago I would not believe I can now run 25 mins & I definitely wouldn't have gone out in the rain. Love this running bug.🏃🏽♀️

Rain is fine when it's mild weather as it's cooling. You get used to running in all sorts eventually. I started C25k in Sept/Oct so soon had to acclimitise. Surprisingly you do, and rather quicker than you'd expect
