Does it matter if you can't complete it at first?

I tried the week one run one and I could only run for the first three. Then the other ones I could only run for like ten seconds and walk the rest. Should I redo the week one run one until I can do it fully? Or continue on to run two?

I think personally I would repeat the week until you can do it! Don't give up though, it will get easier every time! And don't forget, even if you're walking bits you're still beating the people on the couch :)

but i think all the days in week one are the same!

I think repeating these runs would be a good idea. You want to be a bit closer to completing all the running sections before you up the running time. Are you sure you're going slowly enough?

Being out and doing the brisk walking will be helping more than you realise and you're out there which is the main thing 😀

I'm not sure, maybe I started off going too quickly. It's just so hard to get running again when your body is so exhausted haha.

I have to agree with what's been said in that I would repeat the runs until you can do them. If you try to do the next week and are not ready for it you will feel let down. Make sure though that you are going really slow. (Think like a tortoise)! You can do it! :P

Yeah I think I will repeat run 1 until I can do it fully. I probably started off going too fast and overdid it haha. I will try and go super slow next time

Tortoise all the way. You can have go faster stripes later maybe! :P

Keep repeating week 1 until you can do the runs. I only just made the runs, go slowly when running and walk with your hands on your head (opens your chest). Do you have music playing or a spot you want to run to each time?

I listened to music and no not a certain spot. I went in the fields next to my house, along the beaten path. I will do that thing with the hands next time. I think my problem was I went too fast at the start. I wasn't sure what pace to go at.

I share your pain. I would repeat until you can do it. I’ve just got to week 3 and I’ve learned to slow down. I’m not training to be the next Paula Radcliffe just for my own personal gain and health. Amazed how much fitter I feel already😄.

Haha I think it's because I went at the pace I used to jog at when I was in shape years ago 😂

Don't think there are any C25K police, so you're allowed to do whatever makes you happy and keeps you trying 😗 you're out there moving which is the most important bit

It doesn't matter how many weeks it takes to complete the programme - every time you get out there you are doing something to improve your fitness. Keep going - you will be so pleased that you did ! Good luck
