Plans awry

Well after graduating a week or so back had plans to be out 3 times wk and build on what learnt , whilst out with dog foot in rabbit hole and down I went onto knees 😫 Lovely bruises etc still quite ouchy so haven't managed 30 mins straight since , having to run walk - note to self never count chickens too quickly !!

Ah the best laid plans, eh - and then that sneaky dog goes and pushes you down a rabbit hole!

I also graduated a few weeks back and have yet to do three runs in a week due to injury. I was going to run three times a week for a month, then do a parkrun or two - oh it would have been glorious. I had also wondered about a nice positive 'post-graduation' post I might be able to write on here.

Still Baz62 I guess it will be all the more sweeter for us when we get back on it. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, after all!!

Def ! Shall try to stay upright from now on lol ! Am doing race for life on sun was hoping for a trot all way round , ah well in that case any result is a good one 😀Good luck with recovery !
