I just ran for 30 minutes! Who would have thought it?

It was really warm even at 7am, but luckily for me I came across some shade and a breeze just at the right point about 27 minutes in. It boosted me on to the end.

Thank you! I still find it strange that I willingly put on those trainers every time - I never thought I'd get a kick out of running! I've missed out on so much, now I'm making up for lost time.

Thank you! The pleasant weather has made the programme easier, but I will be glad when we get into autumn and the air cools off a bit.
