I'm so happy and proud of myself ... I did it, I graduated!

Anyone reading this who hasn't reached W9R3, please don't ever give up. This programme has given me a new lease on life and I can't wait to progress with my running.

Thank you to everyone who has posted on this forum as I've gotten invaluable advice and belief in myself and the programme because of you.
