Well I'm in the home straight now having no consequences after celebrating my son's graduation yesterday. Run 1 of week 9 now in the bag on a beautiful sunny calm and cool morning at the foot of mount Snowdon. Run 2 on Monday and the big one on Weds.

I saw a runner yesterday in the Nant Ffrancon pass, my, she was racing up the hills!!!

I bet it was beautiful this morning.. I am at Criccieth... and my run was yesterday,, not as sunny, lucky you!!!!

Thank you ' Old Floss ' ; Although I'm accustomed to the damp conditions around here, the dry and occasional sunny days certainly puts a spark in one's step.
