Excited to do tonight's run after feeling proud of myself yesterday, except I've started getting hungry at work even though I had breakfast, trying my hardest to not snack as its probably boredom but it's so hard! 😫

If you ran yesterday your next run should be tomorrow as you need to take a days rest don't try and do to much to soon it will only lead to pain and possibly put you off completing the programme.

Did you do wk1 run1 yesterday? If so then today is a rest day. Rest days are very important, please don't feel inclined to skip them.

What did you have for breakfast? Porridge is good as it keeps you feeling fuller for longer
