Fantastic , I have not been brace enough to run in shorts yet but only on week 5 . Maybe my legs might look a bit more toned by week 9

Just do it! I know what you mean though. My legs have always been short and slightly chunky and oh so pale but nobody cares what we are wearing really do they?! It felt so much better in shorts 😊

I graduated two weeks ago and still have not decided to "flash the flesh". I run in Canada where if you can believe it, the summer is even shorter than Britain so might never do the shorts thing. Week 1, last week in April in several feet of snow, Week 9, late June mid 20s and glorious sunshine but will only be October when I will be back in the thermals!

Thanks oldfloss. I'm back and wasn't spotted by that guru but I felt liberated. I will never run in leggings in the summer again! 😊
