So spending a few days away with work and ran around a park in Preston. Saw more people this morning than I have seen on the previous 40 runs! Realised when I got back that I didn't even think about being self conscious. I definitely wouldn't have done that 3 months ago🏃👍🏃

Thanks mate. Saw some other runners too 😊 some responded to my cheery Good Morning some ignored me...had the opportunity to critique technique; one guys arms and legs were all over the place so much wasted energy I thought, clearly not a 'son of Laura'

Wow i live in preston and always do my run on the most beautiful park in the centre of preston as I live 2 mins walk away. Which park did you go round do you know?

in reply totogetherforever

Haha no idea but it was lovely. A park/nature reserve. I was there at 6.30. Did you see a crazy sweaty flushed runner? Lots of friendly dogs.

Haha unfortunayely ive not been out today. Tomorrow morning is my next. If it's by a river then it will be the park I use which is pretty much in the centre.

in reply totogetherforever

Yes there was a river.. now I am at Saddleworth if any one fancies a run?
