Can't believe I'm saying this but have just completed W3R3 woo hoo!! Thank goodness weather has cooled down. Never been a runner before and at 59 am proud of my little fat self 😊

...and so you should be.. and you will find that as you move onward, the 'f' little you gets trimmer and tighter and leaner...(not meaner) :) You will feel so much better!

Combined with a great healthy eating regime this is a winning combination! Go you!
