Still motivated after 5 day break.

It seems like that note I wrote to myself really worked.

I have just returned from a holiday overseas and as soon as I arrived, I pretty much just put my trackies and trainers on and got back out there at 7:40pm and ran half an hour.

All this despite a slightly dodgy hip and knee.

I am pleased to report that my motivation has not diminished one bit.

Good! I hope it never does! 😃 You'll know you're hooked when you are running in pouring rain and on freezing cold days 🙂
