Yey! πŸ’ƒ First run for week 5 completed so so pleased I did it after eating triple the recommended calories on Sat and Sun (Kaspa and massive bbq). That was so so painful,felt like the first run. Getting there slowly

If you do overeat and feel stuffed, going for a run is a great way of burning off the excess.

Once you have done the programme and have moved on to run further then it's something you can do when the need arises. I have done this a few times say after a rare for me pub lunch πŸ˜ƒπŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈβœ”οΈπŸ‘
