Finally managed 5k this morning! Not quite in 30 minutes but as Oldfloss is always saying - slow and steady! I was quite pleased with the fact that my speed was reasonably steady. Six months ago if someone said I would be able to do this I would never have believed it.

The dips in speed are the various gates I need to open and close on the run and a couple of lanes to cross.

Well done. You could always hurdle the gates though.

Well done on your 5k run. Looks like proper trail running. I'm looking forward to my 2nd post grad run this evening.

Partly through fields and partly through the woods - it's a nice route this time of year but gets very messy after prolonged rain and after harvest.

That map looks very familiar! You're very close to me it seems. I'm just off the bottom of your map :)
