Can't believe I only have three runs left.
Saw myself jogging past a shop window this morning and wondered who the runner was! So different to the first week when I was desperate to hear 'now slow to a walk' and how concerned I was about running with no walk intervals. I am still a bit secretly pleased when I have to wait for a car.
Hopefully week 9 will pass without any drama and then I just need to keep this habit. If you're just starting or having doubts stick at it, take it at a comfy pace, it's all about the stamina.
Don't compare yourself to anyone, we're all different and there will always be someone faster and fitter, it's more about if you are fitter than you were 😁
